New Yorkers Who Have Died in the War in Iraq

Listed below are the names of those who have been killed in Iraq through their service in either the New York National Guard or a branch of the regular U.S. military. Knowing how many of our neighbors have been lost strengthens our committment to bring an end to this war, which drains resources from our city, and robs us of the contributions these young adults could have made to our communities.

High school students and their parents or guardians have the right to request that a student's personal contact information, like home address and phone number, not be turned over to military recruiters. See our sample "opt-out" letters.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to their families and loved ones, and to all those from all nations involved in the conflict, who have suffered so grievously.
